Summer Appetizer

Prosciutto(Pro-shoe-toe) with Honeydew Melon
by: Emily Brudney Gruppman

Cut Honeydew Melon into 2in long 1in wide chunks

Wrap one thin slice of prosciutto (Italian thinly sliced cured ham) around the melon once and trim any excess.

You can secure the prosciutto with a toothpick if you'd like.

This is a fantastic salty sweet contrast that is really refreshing. Make sure the melon is really ripe! You can get inexpensive prosciutto at Trader Joe's
