Set aside and let rise until foamy. In a large bowl combine hot milk, beaten egg, and yeast mixture. Stir. Add flour and stir until well blended. Put into two well-greased loaf pans. Let rise about one hour. bake at 350F for about 35 minutes. Press into a 9x13 ungreased pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix together softened cream cheese and sugar. Then fold in 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Spread cream mixtures on cooled crust. Beat lemon pudding with milk. Drain pineapple very well, almost dry. Add pineapple to pudding. Spread mixture over cream mixture. Top and quarted Maraschino cherries.
